Soft‐textured and very elegant, this style of Jaen is nearly impossible to find in the Dao. The age on this baby, amps up its broody tone, but also overdelivers on dark fruit that balances nicely the green charred tobacco notes.
Aged in French oak barrels from the best tanneries of Bourgogne and Bordeaux‐Cognac during 12 months.
