This collection of wines will give us an opportunity to work with the producers, regions, styles, and terroirs that continue to excite us in Portugal…and to create something that makes us think (and taste) of the Portugal of Luis’s parents and grandparents - a generation that wasn’t fussy about the fruit of the vine and who enjoyed every drop as part of their daily gastronomic ritual.
It feels quite freeing to explore the richness of a country through its wines…and Portugal has something very special to share.
